Shipping/Handling Policy
Shipping and handling charges will be applied to your order based on USPS rates. The amount of the charge will be added automatically to your order when you add an item to your shopping cart. The shipping charge varies depending on the weight of the order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. If you require express shipping or a shipping method other than USPS, please call us at 513-241-8282 or e-mail cphelps@wguc.org. No international shipping.

You will receive an e-mail message confirming your order has been received and a follow-up message via e-mail with final confirmation that your order has been shipped.

Ohio residents will be charged an additional 7% sales tax.

Privacy Policy:
WGUC respects and values your privacy. We do not sell or share the customer information acquired through this store.

Return Policy:
Returns can be made up to two weeks after delivery. Please repack the order, enclose the packing slip, insure the package and mail to us at 1223 Central Parkway, Cincinnati, Ohio 45214-2889. We'll refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged.
